Manager - Projects
Job Location : Head Office Job Responsibilities: Work closely with all stakeholders for on time project delivery. Overall accountability / Joint Responsibility for Site Management. Flexible to challenges and Priority fixing during challenges. Organisation Motivator and Developer for Team Management. Serve as prime interface with customers and project participants, on all contractual matters and project delivery. Formulate project plan and establish schedules. Advise project team members on functional and technical aspects of the project execution and allocate tasks to individual team members. Evaluate, Study, Monitor and control the project Risks and Opportunities on regular intervals.
Should have good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include planning, monitoring & managing the project budget & handling techno-commercial activities.
QC & QA - Civil
Job Location : Head Office / Site Job Responsibilities: To develop quality assurance documents. Prepare quality control documents including checklist for all activities. Visit project sites for implementing / monitoring QC. Verification of client requirements. Educate site engineers for compliance on quality aspects. Should have experience in QA/QC activities in Substation/Transmission Line. Must be well versed in implementation of QMS & conversant in Indian codes/standards. Prepare FQP & checklist for all activities. Verification of client requirements.
To prepare QC documents considering project requirements. Visit sites for implementing/monitoring QC. Conduct Quality audit at site & give report and remedial measures. Educate site engineers for compliance on quality aspects with good communication skills.
